Affiliate Disclosure
How this site earns money, which links are affiliate links, and what that means for you.
Last updated:
The Short Version
This site is funded by affiliate commissions. If you click one of our buttons and sign up to or buy from the platform it leads to, we may be paid a commission by that platform. It costs you nothing extra.
Which Links Are Affiliate Links
The call-to-action buttons across the site, such as "Start Selling on Footly" and "Create Your Footly Profile", are affiliate links. At the time of writing they lead to FeetFinder, a third-party platform, through its affiliate programme. Links inside articles that point to the same platform are affiliate links too.
Affiliate links open in a new tab and are marked for search engines as sponsored. Ordinary links to other pages on this site are not affiliate links.
What This Means for You
- You pay the same price and get the same terms as someone who went to the platform directly.
- The platform may use a cookie or a tracking code in the link to record that you arrived from us. That is covered by the platform's own privacy policy. See also our privacy policy.
- We never see your account details, identity documents, earnings or payment information.
Our Independence
This site is an independent, informational resource and operates separately from any platform it mentions or links to. We are not the platform and we do not run it. Fees, plans, features and payout rules are set by the platform and can change, so confirm the current terms on the platform's own website before you sign up.
No Earnings Guarantee
A commission relationship does not change this: nothing on the site is a promise of income. What a creator earns depends on their content, their prices and how often they post. See the full disclaimer.
